Streetcar Station

About the Building

Our building was built around the turn of the 19th century and originally functioned as a power station for The Cleveland Southwestern & Columbus Railway. When the streetcar system ceased to operate, the building was purchased by a local businessman and converted to apartments. Our family purchased the building in 1998. The building contains seven apartment units. Six of the units (1, 2, 3,4,5 & 6) are Airbnb/Long Term Stay furnished rentals. The remaining unit is a long-term residential apartment (Unit 7) . We have made many improvements to the building and units and we're constantly continuing to update and maintain both the interior and exterior of the building.
